" Buster" AKC, ASCA, CKC CH Hamilton's Buster Brown, CDX, HSAs, This is my first ASCA show with Buster and my good friend Babs. It is what really got me started in showing in conformation and then a bit later in herding and the 2nd picture is Doyle and Buster at one of the first times we showed in herding and got bitten by the herding bug. Buster was my heart dog and a once in a lifetime dog being both beautiful, intelligent and smart. Importantly his offspring continue to do well as pets and show dogs in conformation, herding, obedience, agility, rally and tracking. His offspring have also had a positive impact on the breeding program for Australian Shepherds in Australia.
Cowboy was one of Buster's 1st children to excell in herding. He not only was a trial dog but he was devoted to Doyle and was his right hand man for work on the farm, setting out stock for lessons and trials both AKC and ASCA. He was a very special dog and worked hard to please.
